During this time I have formulated and administered multi-million dollar budgets for restaurants, caterers and private clubs, trained and lead teams between 10 and 150 staff, organized demanding foodservice logistics, further enhanced food and beverage services, coordinated golf, pool, and tennis programs, maintained buildings and facility upkeep, protected people and property, and improved upon profits in a very big way.
I am a Wedding, Special Event, and Concert Production Professional. My extensive knowledge of Event Planning is from growing up in the hospitality business beginning at fourteen years old, and not from deciding one day that I wanted to create parties after throwing a home birthday party. I manage my own event planning and consulting company in the New York and surrounding area, and I place my name and reputation on the success of each and every one of my endeavors.
